I led a vibrant community of over 280 members, overseeing internal operations and high-level external partnerships. Over my three-year tenure, I focused on institutional growth by overhauling administrative systems, launching community-centric initiatives like "Project Through Our Lenses," and establishing a robust equipment rental system. By collaborating with brands such as Canon and coordinating with industry professionals, I bridged the gap between student interest and professional practice. This leadership journey allowed me to hone my commitment to empathetic leadership and systematic problem-solving, which I aim to carry into my future career.

As the Vice President of Overflow, I was responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the club’s operations, including our biweekly workshops, events, and various initiatives. This involved working closely with our Executive Committee to develop engaging and insightful sessions, ensuring that each workshop provided meaningful takeaways for participants. Additionally, I worked to create a collaborative and inclusive environment where members could not only expand their knowledge but also build strong connections with one another.

As the Vice President of SST Inc, I was given the opportunity to lead the Talent Development Program by running and planning activities like conducting lessons, preparing for our annual INCamp, and organising bonding sessions for SST Inc members from all levels to know their peers better. I also assisted the President and our ExCo in training our fellow schoolmates and took on projects like the SST Inc Management Platform, which allowed us to better manage different aspects of the Talent Development Program like attendance taking.

As the Patrol Leader in my CCA in Secondary School, Scouts, I was given the opportunity to lead my patrol of 10 people and make decisions to better my CCA. As part of my role, I helped plan and organise weekly CCA Sessions and our yearly camps under the role of camp chief and as an advisor the year after. I also participated in various planning committees for other programs like the National Day Program in 2021.
